"Just when you think your wedding day couldn’t be more perfect, Aidan produces the most unbelievable video that encapsulates not only the story of the day but the story of you, moments and memories to last a life time." Gina & Phil.
Gina & Phil's wedding took place at the beautiful Tewin Bury Farm in Hertfordshire. With the whole day including the ceremony and reception all happening on site this venue catered for the big plans which the couple had.
An overcast day with showered moments weren't going to stop this day from being a bit hit with many interesting and amazing moments throughout I knew from the timings it was going to be a day packed with incredible moments throughout.
Gina got ready at home and do decided against bridal prep as she wanted to spend the morning off site at home relaxing and getting ready before her big day. One thing she was going to do though was arrive in style. And arrive in style she did turning up in a classic white Bentley which beautiful matched her stunning dress made by Herms Bridal which she brought locally from Brides of Berkhamsted. The beautiful details on this dress made it look so elegant on camera with Gina choosing elegant jewellery and shoes to match.
Phil dressed in style and got ready with his groomsmen at the on site hotel. One element of this wedding that stood out to me was the attention to detail throughout. From the big things to the small things it was clear it had all been thought about. Phil was as much involved in this attention to detail as Gina and this was exhibited when all the groomsmen were presented with specially made engraved tie clips, a very nice bespoke touch.
The ceremony was traditional in nature and included some beautiful readings. One of the family members on Gina’s side performed a live song which was met to a rapturous applause. Once the ceremony had finished, we snuck outside to get some lovely couple shots in between the showers. John Mason who was the photographer I was working alongside that day was fantastic and had plenty of umbrellas at the ready.
The wedding breakfast went down very well and with a magician captivating the guests after dinner the stage was set for the evening reception. The entertainment was live DJ/Live Band entertainment company called Mr H Productions. Now I’ve been to a few good party’s and this was certainly up there with the best of them. From the beginning of the night until the end the dance floor was packed Mr Hs mix of live music alongside crowd motivation and classic dance floor tunes meant that the whole wedding party was on their feet.
All this made amazing material to work with and I was so pleased to produce some beautiful films that I hope will last a lifetime for them.
